Re: 166 24v into 116 GTV
I started some more work on the adaptor. I need to tap the thread into it and Loctite the thread “tube “ in .One can see the threaded section as cerrated edges for it to bite into the aluminium . Also need to drill the recess for the head of the cap screw.

Those are really nice looking adapter plates Kevin!
Guys, I'm wondering does anyone here have cad drawings of the exhaust flanges for the 3.0/3.2 24V? My engine came without the exhaust headers, and I'm having problems sourcing original ones to copy the dimensions from.

If you would like you can have a set of 24v 164 headers from me. For free.
First good deed of this year.

Hey Kevin - did you fabricate the threaded tubes yourself or are they available somewhere “off the shelf” by chance??
Considering how slowly my build is progressing I could do with an easy addition to the parts bin
Cheers

This is the trigger wheel which presses onto the pulley wheel and bolts for extra safety . If pulley wheel is in good condition there are no problems on distortion of Rubber inside . The pick bracket is bolt on and adjustable. It does have webs for extra strength but adding more ( belts and braces) as any movement or vibration leads to bad signal .
