Does anybody know if there's any modification needed to fit a pair of 164S cams in a Milano/75's 3.0 engine?

Does anyone know how to identify SZ cams and would they be similiar to 164Q cams. Would greatly appreciate anyone that knows the cam profile of the SZ and if there are any identifications marks to tell them apart from 164 S cams or normal cams?
Cheers

A US 164Q, or QV, (94-95) is 24 valve with 4 cams. The US 164S (91-93) is 12 valve (with 2 cams) and should be the same as the Euro 164QV (-92) - think the Euro 164 changed to 24 valve and 4 cams in 93.
