Cold starting, dual relay

I'm struggling with cold starting, car was in storage over 10 years, now with new, fresh engine, compression, timing, ignition all check OK. Cold start injector is OK (sprays when energized externally) but no signal to it. Thermotime switch OK, wiring from switch to injector OK. Question: looks like from wiring diagram that signal from ignition switch on Start goes to the dual relay; anybody know for sure if that's true? I can't test the relay without the BOSCH tester (see other post), unless someone knows how, and wiring harness from ECU and rest of chassis has not been renewed. Car runs OK once started by priming with raw fuel.

Having just solved my hard start problems, I will give you some tips. #1, make sure all the plugs are on the right devices, they are color coded. #2 the cold start system is actuated by the starter switch and only runs when the starter is cranking. You can do a continuity test between the starter on the firewall and the CSV to confirm continuity. #3 the relay is a pass thru for the starter signal. Its alway connected, all the time. A bad relay makes no difference , to the CSV. In fact the CSV and thermo time switch are independant of the ljet brain. It's a seperate system.

I had my plugs reversed on the thermostat. There is a white device the temp sensor and the thermo time switch which is brown. mine were backwards.
