V6 wasted spark setup question

For the V6 wasted spark setup should I pair cylinders 3 & 4, 2 & 6 and 1 & 5 ?
Trying to convert mine to CDI this weekend sing 155 V6 coils and Autronic 500R

Check under the hood of your moms 155 V6?
Or just check which other cylinder is at TDC at the same time as the firing cylinder. Those are a pair.

Actually the coil already has numbers on it. hehe.
Now I need to figure out the 4 pins going into the coil....
