How about welding and re-tapping the m10 ones? Or maybe fitting some heli-coil like thing to go back to M8?

The thread is not M8 by the way, it's Metric Fine, with a finer pitch. i believe it's M8x1,25. :wink:

Yes M8x1. Checked that much...

Welding it and retapping is a good idea - but perhaps some risk of weak result?
