What is the thickness spec of the moly spray?
I meant the pressed on cogs that actually engage the gears, looks like you changed from really worn ones (worn.jpg) to new-looking ones (wornnot.jpg). New or good used?ingegnere wrote:Mats
They're from the old box.
I took them to the machine shop where the surface was cleaned from the worn material and re-plasmasprayed with molybden.
We didn't try the box yet, but we expect it will behave as new.

Those teeth are good shaped used ones from my other boxes.
Unfrortunately I'm getting run out of them.

I've had these two sets made, and combined them as a function of syncro sleeve wear.
