Yeah but that torque hit in a transaxle will only last for a limited time frame, as we all know! That kind of torque hit is fine if you haven't got enough traction, so keep the tyres skinny! Garth, I reckon keep the single, get one made up, get your pipes coated after you've welded a new flange on, ...

Re: My rebuild!
Hi Guys, Been a bit slack with the updating, so here is a list of things I've managed to get done (will post some pics as soon as I get them off my phone!) Sent my rear light circuit boards to Jeff Fowler @ http://www.Motozane.com to have them given his fairly extensive treatment. Hoping that this, ...

Re: My rebuild!
Thanks alot Garth- I couldn't see how the filler neck surround was held in, other than by the screws on the the filler neck itself- turns out it snaps in to place under the lip where the filler hole is, I did get the fuel system all together, so I dropped and replaced the oil- It looked fine (it was...

Re: Post some vids boys!!
Henrik I sent you a pm re those itb's! The turbo M coupe my friends built a few years back (10.7 @ 137mph) had enough grunt to bag 265s in third at 120. It was awesome, but I don't see the point in a road car! If it were on slicks and you could use it, ok, but with all that traction you start breaki...

Re: festy - a pair of alfettas down under
Festy, welcome mate! Great job with the resurrection and love the ingenuity with the injection set up!
We all know that it's awesome to have less weight over the front wheels, so we'll excuse you for having less cylinders!
When you get that hair dryer sorted, you'll have more power AND less weight!

Re: My rebuild!
Yeah I know - 18s can make a gtv6 look a bit goofy- there's not enough room for good Side walled tyres, so they look under tyres and you shake the crap out of everything! I was so set on some Bb5 LMs... They would look great.... But I won't get 18x8s to fit without rubbing... Not ideal for a street ...
