Just to rise my topic a bit... Plenum is welded. Only thing to is to polish internal edges and make new liners. I've attached power steering pump, since car had this option. You'll probably notice that pump differs from original - I took one from AR 164 V6TB and pump mount is from AR 156 V6. Pretty ...

Back to the plenum for a moment. How much power do you plan to get from this engine? I plan not to loose power. :) Everything above 211 HP will be good. I notice the plenum outlets on a 164 24V 3.0 are actually smaller than for the 2.5. This always bothered me. I think that this may vary with diffe...

I've started building new plenum out of old; 35 mm to 44 mm inner diameter, here's comparation... http://www.postimage.org/aV1lQ87r.jpg Test fitting, and reverse look at new plenums pipes which will be welded soon... 24v conversion: Flywheel bolts short
How did you solve this problem..?
Point is that standard bolts from 24v are 10mm short and bolts from 12v are different step (1.5 comparing to 1.25)... Is there any substitution from other makes?
