Great build and it inspires!
What size of brake cylinder are you using now (after vacuum assist is removed)?
All the best!

Re: Need help on the Alfetta GTV6 propshaft
Friend of mine combined front shaft from 75 v6 and rear from original gtv alfetta 2.0 carbs. It was running ok as I remember.

Re: SZ/RZ rear suspension mounts
Huh, these are really massive reinforcements on dedion and first picture I see from this angle.
Regarding strut tower... Is there additional metal profile tuck welded to chassis or something else? (I see aluminum sleeve on coilover that acts as upper stopping point)
Thank you guys, very much!

Re: SZ/RZ rear suspension mounts
I've checked some pictures available online and haven't noticed any difference on DeDion mounts...
If you have some info or guidelines, it would be nice to share before I hit the floor like ricers do

Re: SZ/RZ rear suspension mounts
Well, I made some reinforcements and drove her on one track day. Everything went perfect, even improved my best lap.

SZ/RZ rear suspension mounts
Hello everybody!
I'm installing coilover pack in position of rear shocks in my Alfa 75. Are there any reinforcements required and/or how top mounts for rear suspension look in SZ/RZ setup?
Combination to install is revalved B46 + 6kg/mm spring.
Cheers!

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
I've inspected bump steer and it was close to zero. Then, I checked caster and it was waaaay off (arround 3 degree in total) thanks to local alignment shop. I'll go for more aggressive caster and recheck for bump steer, starting from spring 2017...

LukeC: It's great to see you here! Thank you for being kind in sharing your work and knowledge! 105gta: Be aware that there are more models of this "square" ps pump. Some of them have pressed in orifice which is hard to take out (requires drilling and pressing in new fabricated part). Also...

Re: steeringpump faillure
No problems at all! We had one track day since last update and finally, I don't think about ps pump performance any more. Next season will start frim april...

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
One question; bump steer can be corrected with additional positive caster? Idea is to reduce camber from -3,0 to -2,0 and add more caster.

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
Thanks! This is provisional position, I tend to do some aditional mods and welding. I'll post pictures when finished.
First things first, front end higher rate springs and bump steer correction.

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
This is position of my rear coilover atm, left wheel from behind. Once when I replace fuel tank with fuel cell, I plan to move them a bit closer to factory spring perch. Upper side of coilovers would enter just a bit in the boot...

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
105gta: Thank you, those mods sounds interesting. But first, I'll have to adress general spring setup, ride height, camber etc... Duk: Rear anti roll bar is factory bar, I'm thinking of removing it completely since I've changed position of shocks and springs - now they are located next to rear wheel...

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
Kevin, these are all great informations and I am really thankfull! Comparing to your data, I had difference for rear tyres which had to be 0,3 bar softer to grip better - obviously because of bad f/r setup. Front was set -3 camber and 1mm toe out, so it was pretty good in hairpins, but one tyre took...

Re: Front - Rear track width and transition while cornering.
Nice suggestion Kevin, but I removed front coilovers to switch springs for harder ones, so now is not possible to check previous heights. Do you have inputs regarding that topic for future setup?
