So, I will start with fuel. This car uses the SDS system. I like it because it super reliable very easy to set up, and very good at what it does. It's not a fancy system with traction and launch control, but it has every feature I could possibly need. It controls fuel and spark very well. Thanks Gr...

Hello Garth, Fantastic project you are running. Is there another topic with more information? I'm very curious because i'm also installing a turbo V6 in my car. I wanted to order a Emerald 3D ECU. Now someone told me it had to be a Motec because with the "cheaper" ECU the ignition timing m...

Everyone thanks for the clear replies. Still there are some things not worked out by me: 1. How about cooling the bottom of the pistons: http://www.autocomponenti.com/jets.htm When is this necessary? The 164 an 916 GTV TB 2.0V6 12V are equipped with such a device. Has someone already installed this ...

Is it allowed to drop in with some boost questions about my 3.0 V6 12V bi-turbo project engine in this topic? About air to air intercoolers. Is it wise to put electrical fans on them to cool the air while standing still or driving at low (city) speeds. At the same time with an aftermarket ECU like t...

Hello guys, The engine is indeed Jeroen Boers Cmos engine. I just stumbled over it in a garage when I was looking for a standard 3.0 V6 12 V. At first I wanted to sell all the turbo equipement and keep the (new) engine. But later I realized this could be a once in a time opportunity. But I want to t...

Strangest thing happend.
When I was busy making picturers and labeling the inventory, the intercoolers seamed missing.
If I can retrieve them they are buid in because all the part are almost bold on.
Else I'll use one intercooler.

The engine is on a crattle, the turbo's and intercoolers on the shell.
Tons of parts are left to build together, like a super jiggsaw puzzle.
