Barry, Your response was pretty much as expected. To be frank, the plastic grill was, as I said before pathetic, and so even if one wanted to be obsesive about originality, I would be inclined to try and do a better job. Not ever having seen the cars in their home country, perhaps you could however,...

SA Bonnets

Jack, I have an SA 3 litre and a number of years ago, Jano Djelalian of Autodelta in London "bagged it" and had a number of replica bonnets and front spoilers made. You could always ask him if he still has any... Best of luck. Oh and by the way, I concur with what Barry said, the workmansh...

Superb Video,
Perhaps the music could have been a tad quieter. Still that would be picking holes.

Hi there Reini, I have to say that your car looks superb. Based as I am in Bratislava (Pressburg/Poszon) it might be fun to meet up some time this summer. As I know of no better place, if we were to meet, I would say what about Franky's Garage in Mannersdorf. Which at least is alfa appropriate Cheer...

If I may add my tuppence to this thread. I found that having the prop shaft balanced made a sizeable difference to the quality of the change- and indeed the smoothness of the car generally. Other mods included having bronze bushes fitted. I would also comment that at 6' 4" (195cm), I find that ...

Fletch,

I bought mine from a company called Highwood Motor Co, - see http://web.telia.com/~u40100700/highwood/frhigh1.htm

Highwood supply door rubbers by the metre. I have yet to fit them, but what I have been supplied with seems a considerable improvement on the original.

Good luck

Rob I notice that you have fitted the above. I have tried this mod, and was highly impressed by the tightness it introduced to the handling. The big down side, that I found was that I suffered horrible clunking as the drive line "took up the slack". On removing the solid joint the problem ...

Dear All, For nearly two months now, I was unable to find the new site, despite searching for hours for it, and using a variety of search engines, and going to every Alfa site I could find. Finally, and purely by chance, I happened on a response to a parts querry on another site, which also supplied...
