I bought a couple of things from this guy and they arrived carefully packed and just as pictured in the photos he previously sent. It did take a couple of weeks to come to fruition.

Strange that you say a hard right turn makes the problem worse.... so it could be a combination mechanical/electrical problem. As you've thoroughly checked the engine compartment, how about the battery feed. I remember someone posting a note on this board some time ago about changing his exhaust sys...

I see from your photos that you removed the Zender hood addition. Can you post a picture of that on its own and describe how it's attached to the hood...... since I've never seen one of these in the flesh/metal/glassfibre ?

Wow! I've never seen the white interior with a red steering wheel before. How common is that? In bad German: Ich habe nie ein weisses Inneren mit einem roten Lenkrad vorher gesehen. Wie est allgemein das? :o

Greg: this looks like a nice little project for you (to start producing a hood vent unit)... it is performance related after all (to a small degree). :D ..... or have you already got this underway  ????? You can put me on the purchase list!

That not only looks good but it makes it appear that the (lets admit it) otherwise silly center section actually has a purpose.... which it now does!! I'd go for one of those.

Now whatever happened to the bb member (in Oz?) some many moons ago who had worked out a ball jointed shift system (tested and all, with pictures too) and only required the time/money to manufacture it in quantity? Anyone remember that? Id you are you still out there mate, perhaps you could post the...

Considering that my '83 is quickly coming up to the magic "25" year mark, I'd like to replace my engine mounts as well. Is there any way of doing this without taking the engine out of the car :?:

No wheels in the US because Alfa has been out of the US market for so long, although apparently returning in late 2008 with the Brera and Spider (is that right ?). Micke, if you get some more rims at that price post them on the parts page!

Comparison.

Brookstroutr: I see you have an 84 M635 as well as an 84 GTV6. How do you compare the two? I've been thinking about getting a 635 for some time. I'm not much of a BMW enthusiast and love my 83 GTV6 but I think the 80's 6 series look great. The M's are all too rare of course and I'd be lucky to find ...

India oh India!

We complain about traffic jams. I used to enjoy sitting on the roof of my residence in Old Dehli to watch the people jams at rush hour. Endlessly entertaining.
