Re: The Orange Cab -MD's New Racer
Nice work Emm Dee! You've been a busy boy. They look a lot like FD RX7 (5x114.3) rims. New, modified hubs or PCD conversion spacers? Damn that's good spotting Duk, and nice work MD. I briefly considered doing this myself recently, but I might leave it for a little while. I considered it because I b...

Yep
Maserati Biturbo Spyder
Maserati 3500GT
Shitbox
Matta
I'll be doing the ball-joints on the caster arms. Thanks for reminding me actually, I need to get onto that. I need to find out if Vin does the spacers before I order some from Performatek.

Re: 550hp+ Alfa 75 Twin Spark Turbo
The track day in December sounds good. Have you entered yet? If not, send one in TODAY. Entries have been open for 3 months and the event always sells out. It's generally fantastic weather, and if you haven't driven Phillip Island before you really should, it's an incredible track. Entry forms here...

Re: C&S' 90
Welcome to the Forum C&S. Try as I might, I just can't pick that Kiwi accent at all. :D Whilst centrally a GTV6 site, it appears to have evolved into the transaxle family of cars whereby even other makes of transaxles are discussed, eg Corvettes if it promotes the cause. Just not Porsches thoug...

I assume you mean the Lambo LM002.
Nup. But you're on the right track.

Re: Koni shocks - I got the wrong ones but can I use them..?
If he didn't notice any difference between Konis and Bilstein he can probably use bicycle pumps and think they're great. 8) I was expecting that answer. Admittedly he doesn't seem to be the best in terms of feedback (as he admits "I don't know, I just get in and drive the hell out of it")...

Re: C&S' 90
Nope.
If it's any help, it has it's bonnet unlatched, so it's about an inch higher than it would normally be.
No-one wants to have a crack at the one to the right of the Giulietta?

Re: Koni shocks - I got the wrong ones but can I use them..?
I have Koni Yellow on my track car and they're fine. But all I have to compare them to are stock 20 year old shocks. IMO Konis are useless for performance and bad for comfort. What is a better shock for performance? The person I bought my Konis off changed to Bilstein, but he didn't notice any diffe...

Re: C&S' 90
G'day Scott. Yes I meant to say hello when you were at Phillip Island last time, but I think I got busy fixing something or other. I've wanted to have a look at your car, it sounds like you know what you're doing. The furthest from the camera is indeed a Biturbo convertible, the other one is not a F...

Re: 550hp+ Alfa 75 Twin Spark Turbo
I know the owner of this car quite well. He bought it about a year ago, the PO had installed the turbo but the car was a mess; he is working through the car, trying to get it right for our Phillip Island track day in December. The owner is not a bullshitter, he has no reason to be, he's an older cha...

Re: C&S' 90
A pic of the 33, and one of the shitbox Giulietta.
I'll be impressed if anyone can name the three red cars in the pic of the Giulietta. One clue - all vehicles in that picture are Italian,

C&S' 90
Salutations all, I've been lurking on this forum for a long while now, figured it was about time I contributed. I'm mechanically inept so didn't really see a need to join as I have very little to add, but I may be needing some advice soon so thought I'd make an appearance. That said I'm getting bett...
