I got the hinge pin on the bottom of the door out, just using a drift and a hammer. This is obviously the easy one. Seems to be 8mm in diameter and about 46mm in length. Its not held in by anything except friction (the top and bottom are not squashed to prevent the pin from moving out of the hinge) ...
