Re: Isostatic Interchangeability?

I meant the long horizontal shift rod which is longer due to the wheelbase.
The linkage part are the same.

Re: Isostatic Interchangeability?

The linkage is shorter on a gtv6 than on a 75. But it's just a matter of cutting and welding...

Re: GTV6 / 75 gearbox mounts

Doesn't shimming the crossmember give you less anti-dive? Maybe its minimal and nothing to worry about?

Greg: Sounds like fun to try 14 psi and E85 :-). How many hp can I expect to get at 14psi? (standard 2.5 with S cams) Is there a simple formula for calculating hp at certain boost? Mats: Are there any other good engine management systems in the same price range as MS2 and VEMS, that supports logging...

Hi Greg and thanks for the answer! VEMS (http://www.vems-group.org/) is a modern injection system just like Gotech and Megasquirt. E85 has between 102-104 octane RON. That must be around 97-98 "US-octane" (RON+MON)/2 Ethanol has less energy then gasoline and because of that the engine requ...

Greg: I've been thinking about running your SC-kit on a stock 2.5L GTV6 with S-cams runnning on E85 (85% Ethanol, 15% gasoline, 102 octane) and VEMS fuel injection with bigger injectors. What kind of horsepower levels can I expect out of a 2.5? And what is the max boost I can use? What about using t...

GTV6GPTT: The late GTV6 uses a sender without an amplifier. The sender is not the same as on a Milano which requires an amplifier. To test the system on a late GTV6, do like this: Test pink wire to speedometer for 12v with key on. Test pink-black wire from speedometer for 12v going to sender. Test g...

Strange behavior of the link... Thanks Mats for helping!

...but what bugs me is that I was unable to attach the picture to message.

Does the picture have to be in a specific size to be able to attach it?

Speedo

Mats: My mom's cousin is named Mats... Spooky ;-) GTV6GPTT: I have a GTV6 GP '87 (built in sept 1986) with an original speedo and a gearbox and amp from a Milano. My car had no amp box with the original gearbox. It used the 3-wire non amplified type. Jonas: I did some research prior to fixing my spe...
