Merril,

The wheels are three-piece, 16"x7" Compomotive RJs. They have been fitted with spacers, so probably look wider than they actually are.

I needed 16" rims to clear the Brembo brake calipers and 320mm dics.

The SZ benefits from the suspension development done by Alfa Corse on the IMSA 75 race cars. It has rose-jointed suspension, coilovers at the front and back and wider tyres. It also has a shorter wheelbase, the outer panels are made from a plastic material and the roof from aluminium but it's heavie...

Re: 75 Experience on the Nürburgring.

Mats, During the first of my trips last year, students and instructors were in communication via a one-way radio. I.e. Ron watched me in his mirror and I could hear his comments via a speaker in the car. By staying close behind (which he encouraged) I was able to keep to the same line as him, see th...

EMC Racing (Surrey, England) also sell 75 panels in fibreglass (and in carbon fibre). They don't have a web site, but their supplier, Alpha Composites, has photos here:

Seb, do you have a source for the fiberglass panels? Someone who sells them ready made for the 75? Peter, Bob Wright (Middlesborough, England) makes fibreglass panels for the 75. His web site seems to have gone walkabout, but they're advertised on the Classic Connections website at http://www.alfar...

I have a 75 TS gearbox on my GTV6. It's quite a common mod for track cars here in the UK and I'd recommend it. First and second gears are longer and more usable and it has the limited slip diff (a big advantage when trying to get the power down on the exit from a corner). In my opinion the box from ...
