Okay - This could be a better possible as both of these make the "L" shape like our v6 ones - but have no idea on the nipple diameters, etc. These are for the old Datsun Roadster but are readily available at least from this source. http://www.datsunparts.com/Cooling Guess I'll have to wait...

This is the heater valve I found for old VW rabbits, golfs, etc. It is certainly simple enough - but finding a place to mount it in the gtv6 would take some creativity as there is not much room with the shelf right there. Dang - what did Alfa do with the tooling for these things - or whoever they ou...

Nice job Simon! I was able to bend my tach needle back - but I know it's just a matter of time before it warps back and freezes at 4500 again, as it has done so twice. Are the original needles molded to the small round circle base or are they glued on from the factory? If they were glued on did you ...

Thanks - looks real good in the sideview. How is steering at low speed with those wheels/tires up front? Is it tollerable - I remember years back going from the stock 195/60 to just a 205 and even that made the steering so much heavier when parking.

Nice looking and very sweet wheels. No wonder they look great - racing wheels that are period correct! Lately I've been seeing more GTVs with these godawful chromed out wheels that look like they ought to be on a Cadillac - heck might as well put spinners on they're so out of place! Again - nice, an...

What a Beauty

Sharp GTV! Somewhere around 1987 I saw a black GTV and was just smitten ... the rest is history. More Pictures of it please - and what's the tire size - they look just right?

Nice 75 too, once had a Sport Sedan and a black Milano - in time the GTV has become the keeper. Cheers!

Just came across your intro. That blue is awesome! Like the piping on the seats, gives me thoughts for when I do mine (hopefully this summer) - though the interior color scheme seems to clash with the car color for my taste - but well done! You'd seriously want to rally the car after putting that ni...

Off-The-Shelf Alternator Upgrade

Okay, I know this is something so many of us have been after. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer but someone must. Lately I've read about a 164 alternator mod. for the GTV6, that with a bit of bracket banging and grinding can be made to fit and puts out the power. And, saw Greg Gordon's image of...

Man - now that is a hijack! And I guess I'm just going to have to add to it . I'd love to find an easy bolt in replacement or simple conversion, and I think that is what we're all after! Agree, could care less if it was from an Alfa or not, and yes the more standard of a part it is the better - mayb...
