I've been wanting to replace the carpet in my v6 as well. I talked to International Auto who has the sew-in sets - I guess you you glue them in. Has anyone installed a set from them? I remember talking to an auto upholstry place the other year back who would make and install new carpet doing it glue...

Hi Doug, Saw your post - don't know if you figured it out by now since it's been two months. Even with the original 2.5 AFM/throttle body/fuel lines/ you should NOT have any problem with the cold start.
