Hi all, I am trying to pull the clutch from my GTV6. I followed the directions in the Alfetta manual I have but the clutch wont come more than a few milimeters out. I have been reading LOTS of posts an I understand that the throw out bearing is attached to the pressure plate on the GTV6. So I assume...

Cam timing woes related to driveshaft replacement...help!
Hi all, well my GTV6 has been progressing nicely thanks to this forum. I had a friend helping me and we put a big...

Courtesy Light timer
Hi all, the courtesy lights don't work in my 84 GTV 6. I got them fixed up enough to they work when you turn them on manually, but the ground that is triggered by the door switches donsn't work. My owners manual schematic describes a "courtesy light timer" but I am having trouble finding t...

How to identify 3.0L motors
How do you identify the 3 liter motors. I understand there is a casting mark on the cylinderhead? What am I looking for to identify 2.5 or 3.0? Thanks for the help Pierre

Fuel return line size? and fuel supply to pump size?? leaks
Hi all, this is my first post to this forum. I recently bought a project GTV6. It is the '84 that was for sale in the classifieds her by the guy that was moving. I made the ridicoulous offer he was open to and got the car. I have been going through a lot of the differed maintenence items on it (fron...
