What do you guys think about 235/40's on the rear? Should be doable since the tires are static. According to this http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html They are not that much bigger in diameter. But i'm more worried about the overall section width. Anyone ever tried this? I think i've heard this...

Repost from the BB.. Well, Tank came out pretty easily. Not a huge project...actually one of the easier removals i've had so far. The problem with the tank was the return line cylinder was clogged. The cylinder that the banjo fitting screws into has a tiny hole to allow gas to go back through it, ru...

Thanks Greg, there's a shop in MD. that does that kind of work. I was thinking of trying it myself, but didn't know what the tank looked like inside.

Out of curiousity, Anyone got a schematic of the tank?

Not in the Cardisc.

Fuel Tanks...

Two questions here.... My fuel tank is clogging up my return line...which is raising pressure on the system to about 95PSI...not exactly what i'm looking for. I've tried cleaning out the banjo fitting but there is an obstruction in the tank. First question is... How hard is it to remove the tank? Dr...

Not exactly sure you need to take them off to get to the windshield. Its held in by a pressure seal...no glue or anything like that. You might get lucky (I did) and be able to push it out up at the top. I had a couple guys helping but this work for me. I slid the seat forward put my feet at the top ...

I'm waiting to throw on my 17's too. I'm think 225 all around, but if its gonna rub...i'll stick to 215's and be able to rotate the tires when necessary.

Rebuilt master and slave. Don't remember the bleed screw. New clutch line and didn't grease the pivot joint.

Bleeding the clutch

Hey all, Anyone got procedures for bleeding the clutch or performing a clutch adjustment on an '84 GTV6? My clutch is a little wierd, maybe it needs an adjustment or perhaps there is air in the system. It seems to be catching incositantly. Sometimes very high, and sometimes at the normal position. I...

Anyone else have anymore experiences with GoTech and the others?

$ How much for Dynotime? or the meter

$785 +

Still not too bad....

What else required for install? Injectors? Wires?

Thanks guys!

Intriguing!

Will all systems require the stock airbox to be removed?

So its adjustable through a laptop? Cool! Unfortunately, I don't really know much about fuel mapping, how complicated is the system to run on the laptop and how hard is it to get tuned in?

Replacement of L-Jet

Alright, I'm interested in some cold hard data here! I would like an engine managment system to replace the good ol' L-Jet system in my GTV-6 (I use the term "good" loosely). I know most of my options or I think I do. Autronic Electromotive TEC II/III Haltech F1 MegaSquirt Motronic? Now ca...
