behind the guages
figured since i had some obviously burnt bulbs id pull the guages out and clean and replace all the bulbs but i found 2 cliped red wires and what apears to be a white wire with some soilder on it all behind the speedo any sugjestions on what they might be..the thick red one goes to the fuse box y's ...

actualy dave i realy like the idea and am curious of getting ahold of the berings themselvs as something to work from..i saw my bushing setup as a temp fix that feels great but was idealy looking for berings at the time of thought..being ive fabricated many parts in the past i can pretty much scratc...

been looking thru the site and i dont find any info on how to eliminate the slop in a worn out shifter as in the link between the shifter and the arm running back to the transaxle was wondering what you guys normaly do on this stuff or do ya just replace the parts and call it a day? i managed to fir...

If you don't mind creating the wire harness, you could probably use a milano mirror switch and place it into one of the blanks in the small gauge cluster..... that would be cool...asumeing i could find a millano to scavange off of lol..ive seen some pic's of the millano ones and the toyota unit is ...

see i was thinking about getting rid of the bend all together and swaping the filter and pump locations ..seems very silly to have a u turn into the pump and then a u turn to the main line on the car....a pree filter is ALWAYS a good idea but what size pre filter is going to fit this huge inlet pump...

well after much tinkering and complete dissasembly of the mirrors there working fine if i run power directly to them...the black wire for the axis solinoid doesnt seem to be grounding or going all the way back to the switch plate wich ever its suposed to be doing that is any sugjestions of a switch ...

anyone got any tricks/tips on fixxing them..specificaly looking for a wireing diagram for them...the switch in the car is melted beyond belife..ive done a few normal american tests and can manage to get one direction out of each mirror so im fairly certain that the mirrors themselves are fine and at...

hmmm IAP sells em eh but i dont see it listed on there site got a part #?..will have to order one up unless i can find someone who sells 7/16 aluminum fuel line in wich case ill bend up a nice line and just have rubber at the ends....did my race cuda in 1/2inch aluminum line and love it the cv's act...

sooo whats the replacement options on the molded tank to pump rubber line on the gtv6 (83)..i was simply going to replace it with normal rubber 7/16 rubber fuel line but that molded in U-turn at the pump end has me stumped cause i cant bend normal line that tight without crimping it...sooo do i turn...

ok good i figured it was the prop valve mounted in an unuseual location(or atleast unuseual to someone working on american classics)....ill see how high i can get the tail and see what developes..ive vacum bled the system about 6 times now...the front has NO air in it period..the rear is questionabl...
