I'll second that. Build myself a plug for the electronic speed-sender when I put in internals from a wire-driven box, used silicone only.

Re: Edis6 conversion. (trigger wheel)

I´m going to put edis6 on my gtv6, but i don´t want to put the crank wheel. What about a trigger wheel in the distributor place? If i´m right the 75 3.0 has a hall effect sensor in the distributor for the ignition computer, it´s posible to mod it for Edis6? The distributor spins at half the speed o...

And disconnect the battery if you dont want all the attention  You'll want to make a puller to get the wheel off, be sure to pull at the base of the wheel and not where you prolong the hub itself (it's made to bend in a collision and will deflect). The tool you want to copy is 3.0451 on the pag...

Oh and do you want to use the motronic spark control aswell? What crank pulley are you using? Since you'll need the 164's triggerwheel.

I HAVE A 164 ENGINE INSTALLED IN MY GTV6 CURRENTLY RUNNING THE ORIGONAL L-JET. I WANT TO CONVERT TO MOTRONIC. STARTING WITH A MOTRONIC WIRING HARNESS AND BRAIN, WHAT IS THE BEST PROCEDURE? THANKS. I suggest removing the l-jet before installing the motronic, from there on you're as good as done. Ple...

Re: 75 / milano seats

The original drivers seat on my 1992 75 3.0V6 is completely knackered. Anybody know which aftermarket seats would be an easy fit? I used to have a 75 TS LE with factory-fitted Recaro's. Anybody fitted aftermarket Recaro's? Neil. Somewhat scary that the same topics pop up at different forums, our Sw...
