Re: Track Car Preperation
Or revalve your Bilsteins and convert them to coilovers? Read as much as you can and take notes becouse you're in danger of spending serious ammount which could be of some use later (car trailer, slicks, fuel, exotic dancers etc...)

Thank you! Lower arm is on my wish list too, but before that season of driving and learning new setup is top priority.

Re: Helloo from Serbia! (My 24v conversion)
I've been playing around with suspensions and first tests are really promising! Duk & Kevin, I wish to thank you again for more than useful tips! Custom made upper arm with sliders for camber setup and longer upper ball joint for roll center correction. http://www.dodaj.rs/t/3S/d8/25Xg7pr7/dsc06...

Re: Helloo from Serbia! (My 24v conversion)
Front wheels were 8.5'. Unfortunately, on this picture I was missing rear plastic covers (with them, it was much better).

Re: Front suspensions almost like real racecars...
And You end up with extremely short travel and really high bind position?
I would skip this kind of suspension mod.

Re: Trouble replacing A Frame Bush
Mount it on a drill, take sandpaper and make it for just a bit smaller. Then make a conical profile on one side (that side will penetrate)
Use few bigger washers and screw to pull bushing in.
Don't heat/freeze anything, just apply a bit of oil.

Re: Few questions for spring rate (without torsion bars)
Maybe a dumb question... Is it safe to make thread on regular B46 Bilsteins and convert them into coilovers?
Edit: Definitely no, there's no enough thick wall for thread.

Re: Few questions for spring rate (without torsion bars)
Please do send! :D I suppose that helper spring is 4' long and ID of springs 2,25'? I've already opened upper control arm and tried some weaker springs (60kg/cm) with torsion bars, but it doesn't feels good enough.. What about reinforcement of chassis? Thank you very much! my mail: Lakijanovic@gmail...
