I have just recieved a call from the mechanic, they took the car to second garage which specializes in car electronics. They are supposed to plug the car to a computer and find what's wrong :? . Most irritating of all is that I didn't even had a chace to get familiarized with my GTV6, so I didn't an...

Car refuses to cooperate... Can't find the reason

Now I'm pretty desperate. My car either tests my patience or simply doesn't like me. This is why: Here's some background so you can imegine how pissed I am- I bought my GTV6 on 12th of January, since then I have driven it for THREE (3, III) times, and the car constantly returns to the garage. Here a...

Thanks guys, just thought that engine of this size would require some extra power to crank it, hence my guess with 70 Ah.

Which battery?

My car was fitted with some tiny, puny, depelted battery by previous owner. Which batteries were installed in GTV6? Will 70ah battery be ok?
Thanks,
Pete

I guess you're right. It's just my first car ever, and as a student I have "limited" resources, hence my exagarated concern. I just do not want to take any extra costs since the car, as previous owner stated, was in "superb driving condition". Now I have a job with electricity, c...

Oops... two topics weird :? Well, my concern is whether this single plate clutch will withstand the torque and power (I just thought that the stock twin plate is more durable). For sure I can say that the gearbox is not the Milano 2.0 Ts, 2,5 or 3.0 liter - i couldn't see the lsd in action. And btw ...

Is this the "original " gearbox?

Ok, my newly bought GTV6 is being revived due to the clutch being just mercilessly worn out, thanks to the previous owner. The crux ist that; it came out during the clutch removal that, it is not the original twn-plate but, the single-plate clutch. My question is, does it mean that the gearbox is al...

Thanks Murray!
Do you know if the oil press gaguge is electronic or mechanical? I've noticed that the "glass" covering three gauges on the central console gets foggy sometimes. Could this be some liquids (fuel, oil?)evaporating? Anyway, I'll do as you suggestded, thanks!

Zender crap on the hood. Can it be removed?

Hello all, it's my first post here so please be gentle  So is this zender like integral part of the hood, or it just covers the original "powerdome" and can be easily removed? The reason why I'm asking is that I'm just about to buy GTV6 with complete zender bodykit, and I don't know ...
