All I can think about now is planning some nice long trip down to the coast in my 3,5 GTV6...Excellent article Neil. You have to a large degree captured a major part of the appeal of these cars. My last major trip was a distance of about 700kms in my 3.0 litre.I was actually sad to reach our holiday ...

Hi Vinny, That just stinks. It irks me no end to hear these kind of stories about drunk shmucks on the orad, but hell if you were caught speeding... My beloved GTV6 has just been "repaired" by my insureres choice of garage after being rear ended by a bus in bumper to bumper traffic.I share y...

Nice to meet a fellow Glenwood 3,5 12V owner.I had the same mags on my previous GTV6 and am now deeply regretfull that I didn't keep them.

Your GTV6 looks stunning. My 3,5 also pops and bangs on the overun but your right, open the taps and it just sings through to 6500rpms.

Hi Carel, All I can do is relate my own experience with the speedo sensors.A Guilietta sensor connected to a GTV or GTV6 box causes the speedo to overread massively. We are not even talking a small margin of error here, you will think the speedo belonged in a Mclaren F1...while the rev counter has bar...

Unfortunatly that's not me Jules.Mine was a 2,5 once upon a time.Jules I ran out of cash to have Gotech fitted but hopefully in February the Bosch system will be consigned to the dustbin and my car will idle properly.Dawie is talking about putting in an even wilder set of cams then! The 'light...

Kevin glad to see you back on the sight again. Thanks for letting us know what a great 2,5 Jules has.Jules I can relate to your blipping the throttle as I am often having to do that even with my 3,5. Kevin let me know when you intend doing a track day because I will definatly come along to see your b...

In my 3.0 litre I always ran Shell Helix semi-synthetic 15W50.I did about 18 track days with that motor so I am a stickler over oil.I never drove more than 5000kms between oil and filter changes. Now I have a Glenwood 3,5 litre and Dawie has advised me to run Shell Helix 20W60.It's a normal multigra...
