Re: Offset Question
SydneyJules: Any thoughts of redrilling wheels? Two/three piece wheels are usually made of cast alluminium and I saw many successful pcd conversions. Beside that, important thing is to have flat and thick center star in area which alligns to hub.

Re: Alfa 164 Q4, gearbox & diff quality info..?
Thank you guys for this info so far!
Micke, can you tell me something about differentials? They are good for mentioned torque too? (I'm specially interested in rear diff since it is made by Steyr-Puch)?
Electronic control for diff won't be a problem. This guy is serious.

What is it like in real life, any problems with differentials, gears, clutch..? Any info would be really appreciated. Thank ...

Re:
Fedesyl, obviously the 24v flows a lot better. I have measured a very mild 24v modded head I did for my engine and its good for 146cfm at 11mm lift (to obtain more lift is difficult with the 24v, given the small 33mm followers, valve spring coil bind and valve guide height). When I finish (...) wit...

Yeah, I saw that you gained better results with walls moved further (10mm) - will do that too. Which material you've chosen for build and what thickness?

Re: Inlet Manifold Design
Any opinions for this design? My plan is to move TB to first cyl and to build longer pipes which would connect to AR 164 intake runners (want a bit more torque in lower range)...

Re: fitting an 75 v6 thermostathousing on an gtv(916)waterpump
Now I see what troubles you... I can only say that waterpump from AR164 3.0V6 will not fit to your engine block - becouse of different line for water.

Re: fitting an 75 v6 thermostathousing on an gtv(916)waterpump
Don't touch water pump. Thermostat housing and piping is three piece unit; ones you change on original engine are top and bottom (swap them to rwd v6). Part in the middle should be original one from that 24v (together with thermostat).. Here is final look, although engine is from AR164. http://img10...

No winter tires, it's transaxle. Fun would be better with them... Last minute of the video was filmed on totally dry roads - it was dry summer day/night.
