Re: Clutch slave replacement

No takers on this?
How do you racers cope with the high clutch pedal?

Wishbone (lower A-arm) front suspension bushes

What kind of bushes are these? Are they similar to the Watts linkage (or similar) bushes or do they have some sort of rotational property?
I have seen the modified A-arms that Barry(?) has done using bearngs.
What other (read cheap!) options do I have for replacing these items?

Re: Upper control arm angle mods

I want to reduce body roll on my road car without too much detriment to ride comfort, so do I reduce roll by installing a thicker anti-roll bar, thicker torsion bars, RS (or similar) kit, A-arm/upright or upper link modifcation?

Re: Clutch slave replacement

I want to reduce the travel, may be altering the padel assembly or replacing the orignal master for a short fat one from a long thin one!

Re: Upper control arm angle mods

How effective is this in reducing understeer and/or roll when compared to lengthening the suspension upright or modifying the lower A-arm?

Re: Inline oil coolers..?

I've fitted one of these to my 75 and I have noticed the oil pressure and water temperature are more stable.

Re: Message for RZ (re suspension)

Thanks.

Interesting bump-stops acting against the top arms. GTV6 and early 75's had them facing against the lower arm, right?

Re: Vibration after propshaft overhaul - (hanger bearing?)

I had a similar problem when I reconditioned the complete drive-line and transmission. I eventually traced the fault to the "new" gearbox mounts.
Put your old ones back on and see what happens.

Now you're talking Mats.

I have always liked the 228.

Anyway, the 155 DTM engine, what is it derived from?
