Lets not be too hard on JJ. First of all, what some of you are calling JJ's "commercial" interest has very little chance of making a profit. It's really a labor of love. Of course he is planning on charging enough to offset his expenses. Who here wouldn't do that? As it is I suspect it wi...

Can't be bothered after this also, sooo much bullsh*t. My points for what it's worth, Don't forget this....Dawie was doing very well with export engines for years - fact. JJ is not the only person ever to have travelled to SA to see his engine being built, there were many before him. If JJ took the ...

If you find one that is worn out, it's a good time to change them all if you can, will save you more trouble in the long run.

Maybe look at powerflex bushes as well, not much more than standar prices.

Hi all

I have always used Valvoline Racing 20/50 in the older 12v, and either Selenia 10/60 or Silkolene 10/50 in the 24v motors. Never had any pressure prob's with either.

You really don't 'need' more than the 305mm discs and the Brembo caliper on a transaxle .....the 330mm discs and huge calipers are just extra weight. Plus most people are still running 205/225 tyres - you can only generate so much grip before you lock-up. When you race with 10" slicks, think ab...

Re: Go ahead...

...order it.... While you are at it, order a custom harness with it - They're FREE! .... Oh and by the way, ask them for a starting map for your particular engine setup. Let's see... Shipping? What shipping....? How about half a dozen phone calls at 2 AM with a 10 hour time change - Domingo does th...

The 6 ITB setup runs right at 2500 USD including the intake plenum as seen on Jes and my engines here or for about the same price one can have the 6 ITBs with the 50mm bored-out Milano/GTV6 intake plenum and 6 runners as posted before.... Hey JJ What do you get for the $2500? is this for the basic ...

JJ Oh dear.... 1.How have I turned this into a "Ron this Dawie that"?? I did in fact say: "Please don't get me wrong - I'm not trying to be difficult, but just give you an opinion..... based on my own experiences. Go with either, as they'll be good enough for more than you will ever n...

Re: Still working on it....

The track will run Ron's full setup... 60kg springs in the rear and his shocks with adjusters, 115kg springs in the front coil-overs, stock t-bars for now, but looking at going with huge t-bars on the track car (heard about 33mm bars) but only after I try this first. I have his steering extender, wa...

Steve Leave the standard bar in the rear, go with 30mm front sway bar if nothing else. Stiffening the rear will not reduce the understeer!!! The problem is with the front end! Keep the front stiff and rear softer than the front. If you can, go with the full RS racing set-up......if to expensive, go ...
