12 lane street? Crazy! Thankfully there's no such thing as quotas here in Oz (contrary to common belief), so it's not a huge issue. I've never been caught speeding (touch wood) and try to be sensible about what I do and where I do it. The problem is the other knuckleheads who think peak hour outside...

Legally, no, you can't go faster than 110km/h.

However, it's WA, so there's LOTS of straight, empty roads. Plus radar detectors are legal, so you can keep on par with the local constabulary ;)

General consensus is that the rear should sit about 1" higher than the front to retain the correct rake and geometry.

Actually there's a scheduled meet in September, the Alfa Romeo East Coast Challenge at Wakefield Park in Goulburn - Sept 20-21. I'm not too sure on the requirements for participation, but last year it at Queensland Raceway and was supposed to be a blast. Something to consider anyway...I'll stop hija...
