Re: Clutch Slave Replacement

If the clutch slave was leaking (I have recent experience) the shared brake & clutch reservoir level would drop. My clutch pedal used to stick down and this was due to a defective clutch master cylinder caused by a clogged supply hose (right hand drive cars have a long rubber hose with collapses...

Slave cylinder v6

Clutch slave cylinder is fuXXed, I read somewhere or was told that a 105 seal kit would work? Anyone know of this or tried this, or know where I can get a 75 seal kit?

Re: 75 3.0 litre to 2.0 litre clutch unit conversion

I wanted to know if the transaxle input shaft would fit into the clutch assembly and housing of a TS unit without modification. I am aware I have to change the slave cylinder and other bits and bobs, and I know it won't last as long as the original but I have the opportunity at the moment to do some...

Re: hello from Italy.. where born alfa romeo...

I went to Rome in May 2007 and I was expecting to see lots of Alfa's, Lancia's (and FIAT's), Maserati's etc, but instead I only saw one Alfa, a 916-type GTV amongst the many silver Mercedes and Smart cars.
It's a good job there's plenty of monuments in Rome as I would called it a wasted journey!

Re: Non-resistor ignition leads

Quite correct, copper core HT wire is cheap and the resistor plugs cost about the same as non-resistor plugs, you could save a packet and make your own leads up.
