more detail on Ball Joint and LCA

Here are some pics and dimensions of the ball joint. I've removed the rubber boot to give us a better view. It's 44m diametre fit into the LCA. SO it leave enough meat on the LCA.

Weather has been pretty cold and miserable in jhb as it's rained non stop from Thurday night through to Saturday. Autobody shop has started to reprayed the car but has not finished, should be done by Wednesday. Here are some pictures of car before being resprayed.

The car sure will stand out and turn heads. Is it the reflection but the 2 outer headlights seem to have definite lines running through them making it look as if thye are cracked or broken .

Mats, that engine looks mighty neat.

Curious regarding the need for the extra support welded and bolts along side the support beams in the engine compartment. I've been toying with the idea, as I had to do some cutting on mine to fit the turbo actuators.

Car has been at the Autobody shop for 1 week, they have done a great job in preparing it and getting it ready to be resprayed.
