The plastic cap covering the horn as well as the emblem in its center are both out of alignment with the rest of the steering wheel. What is the procedure to remove and replace these pieces without damaging the mounting tabs?

black horn plastic piece 'pops' off, held on by small plastic tabs so be careful

center emblem is glued on i think...

Is there any trick to popping it off? Should I just pull it forward or is there some other technique to help prevent the tabs from breaking?

I don't know..mine pulls off with medium force
