..anyone know the correct way to adjust these shocks? I have not got a clue...

Hi
You should close them fully and then turn them.
Dont close them full if used for public roads.

Yes I know that bit but I don't think turning them equal amounts is the way to go unless that is correct! The bump absorption does not fell equal.

Just come off the Koni site; they appear to have 5 settings with intermediates of 180 degrees.

You can't adjust bump, only rebound.

....it does feel that way. The rears used to react quite similar but these days the car really handles crap. There is a weird knock coming from the front when I go around corners, the left hand front wheel "feels" loose and wants to understeer/roll/breakaway, and the rear crashes over everything.
I am tempted to for the RS kit but I don't anything harsh or noisy.

Just get Bilsteins and you will never look back. :)

Konis are like bicycle pumps in bump and they are always set to hard because "it feels sporty"
Bilsteins don't need to be adjusted, they're just good and they last forever. :)
