o.k. maybe my problem was not sophisticated as other problems or
my wording was obtuse or maybe just plain too simple. anyway do i
have bad shocks when my car bounces a coulple of times when pressed
down on the rear bumper or not, if not, can they be adjusted? i've never
owned adjustable shocks

I think red Konis can be adjusted like the yellow ones. Compress fully and turn. Clockwise gets stiffer. You notice the difference.

The car should not bounce much.
