Watts link vs Mumford. What's better??

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons/which is better, with regards to a Watts link vs a Mumford link?? I may have my fabricator build one of the two for my 91 Spider but I'm not sure which is superior. The car will be a street car 90% of the time and I'd just like to control the power of the 3.7L as much as possible.
Any ideas??

Panard is all you need, really.

What you need to do is to redo the whole tri-link fiasco. Terrible that.
