I think these are Simmons wheels; B45 style rims.... Unfortunately, they are no longer in business due to the retirement of the owner in June 09.

Yes- simmons B45. They come up in holden bolt pattern from time to time.

Just before simmons closed down they were making them in 16".

Check out Ebay- some came up the other day
