Tie rods INNER

Can you use the driver side (left in USA) inner tie rod on the passenger side as well???

Anyone know??

I can dig through my receipts from last year - but I am almost dead sure you can, and remember someone either at IAP or Alfa Parts that said you can do so... I'll check tonight through the receipts. GV

Thanks..it would not make good sense to use different rods from manufacturing /repair perspective..

Well - I dug through the receipts envelope and I can't find my invoice. When i rebuilt my front end the other year back I went to three suppliers to get everything I needed... Centerline, IAP and Alfa Parts in Berkeley. As I recall Moog makes inner tie rods.... GV

I've been running that tie rod since that post that GregoryV mentioned...it works fine, plenty of thread engagement.

WOW. Thanks! great link.

IAP sells the inner rods for 50$ each. MOOG part is ~64$. MOOG usually makes some pretty good stuff. I really like their CV boots.
