wheel hubs

hello fooks , i have a question about hubs on a 1980 gtv , mine has 4 bolts , whill the 5 bolt hub from a milano fit my gtv.
front and rear hub. id like to change them so i can get the beatiful sienna rim on my beloved gtv.
