coilover spring rates

can anybody advise on coilover spring rates. i will probably keep the torsion bars but want to stiffen the front up a bit.

You can fit 125Kg front springs and 60Kg rear ones or 100Kg front and 50 rear. It depends on the use you're going to give to your car.
Don't forget a thicker front anti-rollbar (27 or 30mm diameter).
