Dear Freinds
Can someone here let me know for sure what the GTV6 rear DeDion triangle to cross member Bushing size\type is ?
Does the old GTV6 (1981-1984) use the alfetta Shorter Bushing and only the 1985 models and on Uses the MILANO Taller Bushing or are all GTV6's Use the same Bushing for all Years and models ?
What type Of bushing does the late GTV4 (1985-1986) use ? the late MILANO type or Shorter alfetta type ?
And what about the rear anti roll bar sizes for GTV6 ? Does it use the 23mm or 22mm like late GTV4 ?
Thank you all in advance for your answers

dedion to cross member bushings
all GTV6 & all 75 use the same, taller bushing.
earlier cars - Alfetta & Giulietta use the shorter bush.
not sure about the GTV 4, but believe it uses the same, tall bushing. i think the change was time related, not chassis related.
stock rear bar? not sure of that one world wide, but in the US, is 22mm.

Andy, Tomer hi,
Do you happen to know the hight differances between the GTV6 Giulietta\alfetta sleeve and bush?
On the SZ the 2 sleeves that sit on the inner of the SZ rear triangle uniball are together around 4 mm longer than the Giulietta /alfetta in-bush sleeve

Why didnt you asked me this on the phone ?
The alfetta is 43mm, the 75 is 51mm.
Just Play with the car original spacer (not the Uniball spacers)
There is no possibility to fit the original spacers into the uniball as the in-diameter (radius) of the uniball is smaller than the one of the original bush\polyurthene one.
One has to either machine the uniball spacers and take 8mm of their hight or machine the metal sleeve that come with the original bush to a smaller radius.
peace,
Chen.
