16", 17" and 18" Comparison

Serpent Autosport Type 3 wheels. Compare 16's, 17's and 18's in desending order. Some details: 16x7, tires are Yokohama AVS ES 100 225/45ZR-16 93W. 17x7 tires are Yokahama AVS ES100 215/40/17 front, 215/45/17 rear. 18x7.5 tires are Falken GR Beta 215/35/18 front, 235/35/18 rear.

I thought I did not have any good pictures from the side until I remember the ones I took when I picked my car up. BTW, the yellow stripes are long gone.

I do not have much info on the wheels as they were on the car when I bought her. I am on a business trip at the moment and will check them when I get home. I know they are not Borbets.

Barry in pic number 3 what are all those cars in the back under the shade net? Personally i think the wheels on the 3 litre SA cars are still the deal.

Oh shit,

now Mats is hijacking this thread and picking on me implying I'm a midget :shock:

The roll cage was an OMP off the shelf. The main hoop is changed due to regulations but place is original. I'm 177 and don't have any problems to fit.
