My car is nearly completed, and I was wondering if somebody could give me the dimensions from the right edge of the hachback as well as the location from the bottom edge.

I can give you that, I have plenty of hatches here. However I need to know the year of your car and what the badge says, they vary a bit.

Greg,

The item I am speaking of is a rectangular badge which has the following text: GTV6 2.5L

Thanks for your help.

I received my new plate from ItalianCar parts, and it was perfect!

I did notice that my memory was mistaken, it does not have an "L" after the 2.5.

So all I need now is the dimensions to position it. HELP!!!

If you get the correct badge, you don't need to obtain location dimensions as the badge is positioned on the rear hatch by two locator pins that go into holes that are made by the factory.

If the holes have been covered over by body filler, use a good torch and look inside the framework of the hatch on the right hand side and you will more than likely see the bit of filler that has come through the steel work. This will be your pin locator hole. Simply drill it out and you will have the exact factory location of where this badge needs to go.

When I saw my car down to bare metal I saw no holes. In addition, the Alfa Romeo spare part which I purchased for this part had no pins in it either.

There are no holes in the rear hatch for this badge from factory as much as I know! It came glued on.

informations sounds the same.
12/16(19mm) form the rigth and 1 inch(25mm) from the top edge.
