Fitting a Alfetta GTV6 bonnet to a four cylinder Alfetta GTV

Hi to all,
Has anyone tried to fit a Alfetta GTV6 bonnet to an Alfetta GTV 4 cylinder body.
The fire wall mounting catch is way out. Has anyone done a modification bracket.

I would of hoped that someone did do this Modification to fit a GTV6 bonnet to a 4 cylinder Alfetta GTV using the original firewall mount.
I know it's been done but cannot find info. :cry:
