Hahha.
Can't have the Swedes trump everybody and so I decided I am going to live on doggy biscuits for the rest of the year and reuse all my condoms by turning them inside out to save bucks which has enabled me pay Mike's fees for next year.

Come on Kevin, stop being a tight arse and pay up. You know you want to.

Allright you cheapos! Your poor greek relative just pitched in $10 so we can keep the animal alive and kicking. Now, each one of you must send ME $20 so I don't go bankrupt in the next 2 months and to pay for the 24v exhaust. Fair enough?

Take a few days off and bring it along with you! The parachuting address is: http://wikimapia.org#lat=37.9903983&lon ... 9&l=14&m=b
If you're here in about a week, you'll witness the start-up of the 24v. I'm still sorting the wiring.

Yes, it WAS running around but not in MY car; it was my mechanic's 75 turbo chassis. When the driveshaft broke, we took the engine out and put it in one of my 75 turbos. This time it is all being done properly -or so I want to believe! I even laser aligned engine/gearbox and to my surprise, a lot of doing was needed to get things right.
The battery...No crap this time. I will use the battery I had for the turbo engine, mounted under the passenger seat, a Varley Red Top 25. I want to believe it'll start the engine no problem; I think it will, as the starter motor is the reduction gear type and draws far less current than the ancient V6 huge and heavy starter motors..

JK,

Can you add some info on your driveshaft engine gearbox aligntment process here:

viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4218&hilit=engine+a ... t&start=15

I have the laser pointer tool, and it would help out greatly if you can show what was involved.

Thanks,

Z
