Auto resize of pics?

Post by Mats »

Is there some kind of auto resize function of the pics posted on the board?
Seems like all the pics that are 550 pixels in width are jagged and generally bad in quality.

Yeah - its different code used for displaying attachments (uploaded images) versus linked images which is why the behavior is different. The ability to display uploaded images is a customization I installed on the board. I like the linked images behavior though and will add this to the enhancement list.
In the meantime, you can right click and save any image file to your local machine, then open it using your favorite image displaying software. It will not be constrained to the dimensions dictated by the phpBB forum software when this is done.

Cheers,
Michael
