wiring the harness

Does anyone know of a diagram that shows how to connect the db37 to the ljet connector? I have seen the MS diagram which shows what sensors each db37 pin connects to. If I had a similar diagram for the ljet, I could make my harness.
I am sure this info is on the board, but I am having trouble finding it.
