Track Day in Croatia two weeks ago...I was very satisfy with car handling, power etc…only issue I had with brakes.
Will raise an issue in Brake topic.
Cheers!

I think it's too long too. But you should be able to retain the 4.10 ratio diff and play with the different Alfetta/GTV6 gears. However since you are in Europe then a 1.8ie or 1.6 gearbox would be great as long as the ring and pinion is strong. I think Giulietta EVO2 said the ring and pinion apparently is shite.

1.6 9/41 (4.55) vs. 1.8 10/43 (4.3)
I would like 4.55 but 9 vs. 10 teeth...hm, will see?!
Giulietta has interesting gearboxes as well...with some additional modifications can do something...
hillclimb guys are driving Bacci and Sadev gearboxes...
