Track Day in Croatia two weeks ago...I was very satisfy with car handling, power etc…only issue I had with brakes.
Will raise an issue in Brake topic.

hillclimb race from yesterday...2.0TS gearbox is tooooooo loooong...we're wondering about 1.6 gearbox and lsd
any experience here with 3.0 24v and 1.6 gearbox?

I think it's too long too. But you should be able to retain the 4.10 ratio diff and play with the different Alfetta/GTV6 gears. However since you are in Europe then a 1.8ie or 1.6 gearbox would be great as long as the ring and pinion is strong. I think Giulietta EVO2 said the ring and pinion apparently is shite.

I would like 4.55 but 9 vs. 10 teeth...hm, will see?!
Giulietta has interesting gearboxes as well...with some additional modifications can do something...
hillclimb guys are driving Bacci and Sadev gearboxes...
