Maybe choke cable is the wrong name. It is the black pull lever that is directly below the drivers' side vent. I use it to hold the idle higher to warm up the Alfa when it is cold. You could also use it as a cruse control when you are driving but I think this is a bad idea since it does not release when you apply the brake.

We went over the final details on the interior this weekend and picked up all interior left over parts and brought to Joe's place to complete this. Hopefully this will be done this week. We need to acquire some parts for the interior:
1). Front Door both sides for the inside door handles. I have one but I wish to have new ones if possible.
2). Rear window handle to roll up the rear window. I have one but it looks broken so we wish to have new ones if possible.

Had a chance to go by Joe's shop and check on the interior. When I was there Joe had his friend from the Stereo shop shop by and go over the wiring of the system. We have decided to put in new stereo wiring for the new system. Then, when I decide on the stereo system we will have the new wiring in place. Things are moving right along and here are some picture of the work so far.

Here are the last pictures of the new hatch back that I had to purchase when the old one was stolen. The carpet is being sized and should be totally installed in a couple more days. We need to deal with the stereo wiring and the speedo situation which I hope that my associate is resolving tomorrow. Finally, covering the dash and then all parts are done and just need to install. Thanks for still looking at my project.

Leo and I took off at lunch and went to met with the Stereo Guy to figure out the wiring. The wiring is set and will be pre wired and when we save up some more $ we will put the head unit, amp, 6 speakers, and sub.
Could not have assistance on the speedo relay change but this looks like we just can pull the rear seat out again and does not require the wiring to go to under the carpet. Does anyone have any experience on this. We have seen this on the GTV6 site and need to study this. Anyway, the rear seats are fitted along with the carpet.
We also put on the brake boot but are unsure how to put in the boot on with the bracket underneath and still put on the bolts. I know that I saw a thread on this. Does anyone remember this thread?

Went by the Interior shop to check the status and things are almost done. We had to pull the rear seat and make adjustments so that it would fit correctly. The red pipings altered the original fitting and they needed to adjust this so that it would fit perfectly.
The Trunk is completed with Amp wires secured for Stereo installation. Door panels are installed and just sourcing new black screws. Front Seats are done and just need to be bolted on. New boots being made for shifter and brakes, and finally front carpet has been molded for 1st fit.
We are having alot of thinking about how to do the dash. This is by far the hardest part. We did the first fitting but it did not look good so we are going to start over with an altered design. I know that Rhodes did his dash so I know it is possible. If not for this, I think I would give up and go the just dash. I know they do a good job but the time frame is too long for us.
Here are pictures of the dash being worked on. I am confident that Joe will be able to complete this part for me. He has a beautiful show car himself and he said he is doing it like it is his car.

Went by the shop to check out the interior and the dash is done. It took 3 seperate trys at patterns but I think it looks good. The interior carpeting is completed, the door panels are done except for the door handles that I still need. The brake boot has been redone and I am going to install the dash in the next day or so. Hopefully the interior along with the windows will be done by next week and then I can deal with the final mechanical issues.
