-Seam welding (and I'll have a few questions about it for you guys)
-buy some dry ice and remove all that bitumen from the car
-paint the interior
-get hold of lightweight dash
-install new brake lines, brake bias valve
-make brackets, adapters for front coilovers
-overhaul (again ) rear calipers
-lightweight windows
-drop the engine and propshaft in and ready to go
-And new seat.... uhm hey I forgot I already have one

If you go for a hydraulic handbrake you can use 105 series rear calipers. They are exactly the same, only they lack the handbrake system and don't need adjusting..

Ok I have again bunch of questions to you engineering heads out there...

First, im planning of using uniballs in upper a-arms, in place of stock rubber bushings. Thing is in stock version the load is evenly distributed on the shock tower bolt via the bushing sleeve - that is 50mm. The only spherical bearings i could find have puny width of 12mm, just like here:

I'm afraid that due to this the bolt is likely to be bent under load. I've been told that using sleeves on both sides of the joint together with the clamping force on the bolt should be enough to get the job done. BS or not? Because I'm not fully convinced.

Here's another one, especially to you guys racing in temperate climate. Do you ditch your heaterboxes? It's a few kgs, yet how to fight with foggy windscreen od humid/rainy days, will just an electric fan will be fine?

I threw mine away. Quite a lot of weight.
I have a small electric fan for the sake of rules. Weighs 600 g or so.
For visibility I use an anti fog chemical. Works fine.
If you don't mind spending the cash the best option is a heated windshield.

Mr Pete, Dry ice to remove tar? Buy a 20 cent Chinese* heat gun and a 10 cent Chinese* paint scraper. Heat the sheeting and it comes off in layers like butter..

Great, I too thought of el. fan + chem combo, glad to see someone has already tried and it works.

MD, I finally ended with heat gun, yea and it's Chinese funny thing the old factory bitumen mats, were so hard
Ihad to use a chisel and a hammer, to get those buggers off. They came of in nice 2x2cm pieces... Just a few hours and a gargantuan back ache.

I'm not made from bitumen, still hard though...
